The Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 gives you meaningful control over how your data is processed. These are not fine-print rights — they are enforceable.
Right to Access
You can request a summary of the personal data being processed by us.
At any point, you can ask for the exact identities of all Data Fiduciaries (employers) with whom your data has been shared.
Right to Correction
You can demand correction or updating of your personal data.
If any information we hold is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete, we are legally bound to correct it upon your request.
Right to Erasure
You can request deletion of your data when it's no longer needed.
Unless retention is required for compliance with other Indian laws, we must delete your data upon request.
Right to Grievance Redressal
We must respond to your data grievances within 30 days.

Common questions from candidates
Aadhaar eKYC is the fastest, most reliable way to prove your identity in India. It prevents impersonation and allows us to verify your name, age, and address directly with UIDAI without you having to upload scanned documents.
Only the authorized hiring managers at the company you applied to. They do not see your raw documents or your full Aadhaar number (we mask it). Once the case is closed, their access link expires.
We flag it as a discrepancy in the report. We do not make hiring decisions — we only report the facts. If you believe the public record is wrong, you can raise a grievance with us to attach your clarification to the report.
Only as long as the employer requires us to retain it for compliance, or until you request its deletion under the DPDP Act. Once the retention period expires, your data is deleted in line with our retention policy.
