We are based in Noida. Engineering roles can be remote-friendly; verification operations work is close to the team. When a role opens we will say which it is.

Yes. Every full-time hire receives a meaningful ESOP grant with a standard 4-year vest and a 1-year cliff. We believe everyone building Papertrail should own a piece of it.
Each team member has a ₹60,000 annual learning budget for courses, conferences, and books. Senior engineers and managers also get access to an external coaching budget.
