Pricing questions, answered plainly
One check is one verification against one primary source for one candidate — an Aadhaar eKYC lookup, a written reply from a university registrar, a single reference conversation. A package such as Growth bundles several checks into one candidate price; à-la-carte pricing charges for exactly the checks you select and nothing else.
An inconclusive result — an employer who never responds, a registrar with no digitised record — is not billed as a second check. We re-attempt through a second channel at no extra charge, and if it still cannot be resolved, the report states that plainly as an insufficiency rather than a false clear or a false flag.
If a candidate supplies corrected information after a flag — a different employer HR contact, a missing certificate number — re-running just that check is free within 30 days of the original report. Re-running a check from scratch after that window is priced at the standard per-check rate.
No. There is no setup fee and no minimum candidate volume on Essential or Growth. You can run a single check and stop. Enterprise contracts occasionally include a one-time integration fee only when custom API work is involved, and that is quoted separately, in writing, before any work starts.
Essential and Growth are billed monthly in arrears against actual checks run, by card or by invoice. Enterprise accounts typically move to net-30 invoicing against a committed monthly volume, with the exact terms set in the contract.
Annual billing on Essential or Growth carries a 15% discount against the monthly rate, applied to every check run over the contract year. Enterprise annual terms are negotiated directly and depend on committed volume.
Yes. Most accounts run Growth for corporate hiring and a lighter, à-la-carte package for high-volume or field roles in the same dashboard. Pricing is per candidate per check, so mixing packages does not require separate contracts.
No — address verification is priced the same whether it resolves digitally or needs an agent at the door. We decide which method to use based on what the address record supports, not on what costs less, and the price to you does not change either way.
