Three provider types, at a glance
We route occupational health checks through a nationwide network of NABL-accredited diagnostic labs. Hover a card for what it covers.

Fitness outcomes only — no clinical detail reaches the employer
Sample integrity at the lab, a fitness determination from the panel physician, attendance and custody from the provider. Pick one to watch it run; results stay with the physician throughout.
Five fields, compared one at a time
Every field below is checked against a named source, not inferred. Open one to see the declared value beside what the source actually returned.
Fitness outcome vs role requirement
Whether the medical outcome matches what the role actually demands physically.
Where the answers come from
Four registries, queried directly. Open a card to see exactly what it returns.
NABL-accredited labs
Labs accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories, returning panel completeness and outcome data only — never raw values.
Panel physicians
The examining physician's fitness determination against the role's declared physical and safety requirements.
Occupational health providers
The scheduling and collection-center network responsible for appointment attendance and chain-of-custody records.
From consent to a routed decision
Three stages, the first two running for every candidate, the third only when something needs a human.
Appointment scheduled at a nearby accredited center
The candidate books a slot at the nearest NABL-accredited collection center, with the panel determined by the role's requirements, not a single default panel.
Collection, custody and lab processing
Samples are collected under a tamper-evident chain-of-custody protocol and processed by the accredited lab, which returns outcomes rather than raw results.
Outcome delivered, incomplete panels flagged
The report carries the fitness outcome and panel completeness — an incomplete panel is flagged for re-collection rather than reported as a pass.
A flag, and a clean pass, side by side
Not just a happy path — switch between a sample-integrity concern and a complete panel with no flags, with the evidence attached exactly as an adjudicator would see it. Every field here is a fitness outcome, never a raw medical detail.
A sample integrity concern at intake
- Panel status
- Panel complete, fit for role
- Sample integrity concern — recollection required before an outcome can be issued
- Chain-of-custody
- —
- Temperature outside acceptable range at intake, logged and flagged
- Appointment attendance
- Attended
- Attended, on time
Read the adjudicator's note
This is a process flag, not a medical finding — no outcome has been issued because the sample could not be processed. The candidate is scheduled for a same-week recollection, and the case stays open rather than closing on an unreliable result.
- Method
- Chain-of-custody protocol at the NABL-accredited collection center — sample temperature and seal condition are logged at intake and checked against the lab's acceptance thresholds before processing begins.

A complete panel with no flags
- Panel status
- Panel complete, fit for role
- Panel complete, fit for role, standard duties
- Chain-of-custody
- —
- Chain-of-custody intact, tamper-evident seal verified at intake
- Appointment attendance
- Attended
- Attended, on time, at the designated collection center
Read the adjudicator's note
Every test in the panel was completed within the custody window and the outcome matched the role's requirements. The report ships as fit for role — no restriction, no recollection.

Questions HR and risk teams actually ask
An incomplete panel doesn't get reported as a pass. The missing test is flagged, the candidate is scheduled to complete it, and no fitness outcome is issued until the panel is whole.
No. The accredited lab and panel physician hold the raw data. Papertrail and the employer receive a fitness outcome — fit, fit with restriction, or unfit for the role — and panel completeness, nothing more granular than that.
No automatically. The outcome and the restriction are reported, and the employer decides whether the restriction is compatible with the role — the same way any other flag reaches an adjudicator rather than an automatic pass or fail.
The panel is set by role category and employer policy, run through NABL-accredited labs. The result delivered is a pass/fail outcome per panel, not the underlying concentration data.
It's logged as a missed appointment and the candidate is offered a new slot. Two consecutive no-shows without a rescheduling request are reported as a signal in their own right, distinct from an actual fitness outcome.
